What we offer

What you need

  • A clear copy of your passport, valid for at least 6 months.
  • A recent personal photo.
  • For some nationalities (for example Yemeni nationals): a valid UK or European residence permit.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the Umrah visa valid?

The multiple-entry visa is valid for one year from issue and allows stays of up to 90 days, under current Saudi regulations.

Can I perform Hajj on an Umrah visa?

No. An Umrah visa does not permit Hajj, nor entering or staying in Makkah during the Hajj season (1 Dhu al-Qadah to 14 Dhu al-Hijjah).

Do I need a permit after arrival?

After the first entry, a prior Umrah permit and a confirmed Umrah package from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah are required, and we help you arrange them.

How long does the visa take?

Usually from a few hours to a day once everything is ready; the decision and timing rest with the Saudi authorities.
